JERSEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL - Jerseyville, IL
The design combined birthing rooms, patient care rooms, classrooms, nursery, and a new lobby and entrance canopy into a “home like atmosphere.” The O.B. wing was secured from the rest of the hospital, allowing patients to feel as though they were home. Inviting colors and soft lighting were combined with easily maintainable surfaces to meet hospital requirements and soften the typical feel of a patient room.
